I am a fan of authentic sisig that’s why when I watched this in Netflix and other bloggers, I was intrigued if the hype is real, and boy I was not disappointed! We ate here on a Saturday night there was a line but seems reasonable since it’s dinner time. Once we sat down, we were given menu and Kuya Jessie immediately gave us water and utensils! We ordered the famous sisig, kare-kareng gulay, and crackling liempo. The sisig is your authentic kapampangan dish! No egg, no mayo, just the way kapampangans make it! The liempo was cooked to perfection served with tomatoes, onions, and bagoong balayan. I mixed some of the pork in the kare-kareng gulay to male it a crispy kare-kare! The waiting time for the food to be served was fast! Value for money is worth it and I love the cozy, old school ambience! Definitely worth the hype! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

September 2025 Olne of the oldest standing local restaurants in the city of QC. It has remained through the decades with the same concept. The menu is a large variety of Filipino favorites. It's sisig garnered reputation as one of the most consistent and representive of the urban cuisine. Food is generally bar style and very rich and heavy. Pairs well with drinks. Service staff is used to the high and quick turnover of diners. Place is a rustic garden like area with a trellised background and fish pond. It his a semi open space and can have mosquitoes. The place is very informal and casual and has not been renovated for decades. Ideal for quick eats and casual meet up with friends.

Masarap pa din. Even before they hype, they served quality food. Just set your expectations. Nothing fancy, just consistently good comfort Pinoy food.

Order their bestsellers - the sisig, crispy tenga, and baby squid with garlic rice. If you don’t mind waiting, get the Paella too. The fried pla-pla is also a good choice. Manyaman!

Perfect place for one of the keeps moments!!! My fiance and I went here for a dinner; thus, it was night time. Food was really good! Kapampangan signature dish in front of me. Thanks to Netflix show, we got to know this place. Going here at evenings is the best time since it is in alfresco and nature vibes. Low light with a lot of fans. No wifi. Pwd friendly.

I don't Authentic Filipino menu with over 85 different selections to choose from. Our waiter was awesome and was very friendly and welcoming Most of the patrons where city government workers . Plenty of tables but would recommend booking Fridays or even over the weekend

Just had a late dinner at Trellis in Quezon City and the food is still one of the best in town. The Sizzling Sisig remains unbeatable — classic recipe with no mayo and no egg, just pure flavor. The Sizzling Baby Pusit was very tender and tasty, and the Ensaladang Talong was spot on. Service was friendly and the waiters were very attentive. The ambiance is still the same since time immemorial that brings back good memories. The only downside was the slightly long wait for the bill, probably due to computing senior discounts. Still, highly recommended!

We heard good stuff about this place so opted to try. The ambience is very peaceful and relaxed during the day; not at all hot despite being entirely open air since they have a lot of koi ponds , water features and gardens, which is a great thing. If you like Pinoy food, it is ok I think. The flavours are quintessential but not extraordinary. The accalimed sisig did not do it for me though. The liempo and kinilaw are good however. Parking is limited. Went for lunch and it was already difficult.
